Purpose & Scope

Aetherops Sentinel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Aetherops," the "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), which operates the TheCloudbox brand and platform, is committed to conducting business lawfully, honestly, and with the highest standards of integrity. This Code of Ethics sets out the values and principles that guide every decision we make and every relationship we hold.

It applies to all directors, officers, employees, contractors, interns, and consultants of the Company, and we expect our partners, suppliers, and vendors to uphold equivalent standards.

Our Core Ethical Principles

• Trust & security — we safeguard the systems and data entrusted to us.
• Transparency — we are open and truthful, and we do not mislead.

Integrity & Honesty

We do not lie, cheat, steal, or knowingly mislead. We represent our services, capabilities, and results truthfully to customers, investors, regulators, and the public, and we never make commitments we do not intend to honour.

Conflicts of Interest

We make business decisions in the best interests of the Company, free from improper personal influence. A conflict of interest arises when personal, financial, or family interests could compromise — or appear to compromise — our objectivity.

• Disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflict to your manager or the Compliance function promptly.
• Do not use your position, Company information, or Company assets for personal gain.
• Outside employment, board seats, or investments that could conflict with your role must be disclosed and approved.

Protecting Company & Customer Assets

We protect the Company’s physical, financial, intellectual, and digital assets, and the assets and data our customers entrust to us, against loss, misuse, theft, and unauthorised access. Company resources are used for legitimate business purposes.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

We protect confidential and personal information and use it only for authorised purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Confidentiality obligations continue after the end of employment or engagement.

Fair Dealing

We compete vigorously but fairly. We do not take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts, or any other unfair practice.

Compliance with Laws

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations wherever we operate, including anti-bribery, competition, data-protection, employment, tax, and trade-control laws. Where this Code sets a higher standard than local law, the Code applies.

Accurate Books & Records

We keep honest, accurate, and complete business records. No undisclosed or unrecorded fund, asset, or account is established for any purpose, and no entry is made that intentionally hides or misrepresents the true nature of a transaction.

Responsible Technology & Security

As a provider of cloud, DevOps, and security services, we build and operate technology responsibly. We engineer for security and reliability, disclose vulnerabilities responsibly, respect the confidentiality and integrity of customer environments, and use automation and AI in ways that are lawful, transparent, and fair.

Raising Concerns & Whistleblower Protection

If you believe this Code, the law, or our policies are being violated, speak up. You may raise concerns with your manager, the Compliance function, or through the confidential channel below. Reports may be made anonymously.

The Company strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation. Retaliation is itself a serious violation of this Code.

Accountability & Enforcement

Every person covered by this Code is responsible for understanding and following it. Violations may lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or engagement, and may be referred to the authorities where the law has been broken.
